Principles of Personal Symbol Design
We will practice translating emotions, experiences, and internal processes into a precise graphic language.
We will learn how to design unique symbols that express a person’s inner world,
while listening with sensitivity to the process they are undergoing.
Tools from the Worlds of Art Therapy and Mindfulness
We will acquire tools from the worlds of art therapy, emotional work, and mindfulness, including:
Nonviolent Communication
Deep Listening
Process Holding
These tools will help you guide the individual through an inner journey,
and create a safe creative space.
