Yasmin Bergner sees tattooing as a process that brings up repressed mental content and transforms it into a visual expression on the body.
The tattoo serves as a daily reminder of the inner world, including complex layers that are difficult to express in words.
Through the image, a personal memory template is created that assists in emotional processing and in bringing content to consciousness.
Being permanent on the skin, the tattoo also expresses a desire for lasting and even eternal meaning.

In the last decade, Israeli youth have been expressing and defining themselves through tattoos.
In 2019, Yasmin Bergner was invited to lecture to the treatment team of the Elam Association, on tattoos as a therapeutic tool.
A therapeutic channel to deal with life events, for empowerment and post-traumatic growth, and thus to gain a unique window into the world of boys and girls at risk.
The connections that Yasmin creates between the fields of treatment, education and creativity are original and groundbreaking in their field.

Tattoo recommendations
“At Yasmin, you don't draw a tattoo.
At Yasmin, you create an amulet, refine it
and implant an intention in it. After a tough journey I went through, I wanted to reopen the heart chakra,
to return to being "me" in giving, compassion and love.
Thank you Yasmin for a striking journey
and a more than accurate amulet!
Fazit Harel
Yasmina, thank you. The process with you was deep and meaningful and healing. Thank you for understanding all my requests and "scratches" 🙂 And thank you for being such a sister to my heart. In love with my tattoo amulet"

"The journey to the snake totem. A piece of journey for a tattoo that is an amulet. The snake totem with the spiral, represents the journey of life, shedding the unnecessary from me, the spiral cycle of life and the connection between sex and the heart.
Thank you Yasmin for a wonderful creation.
For the accuracy of my personal journey and for the love"
Ronnie Cohen
"Yasmin offers much more than a standard tattoo,
it's tattoo therapy.
unlike my first tattoo, which I got at a random tattoo parlor in Tel Aviv,
hardly a word exchanged with the tattoo artist.
The new tattoo was created through a meaningful process,
which aims to empower me and support me in my life.
and just for this process,
it was worth coming to Yasmin"
Oriana Shafia musician
“The tattoo expresses the freedom of choice
and my inner voice.
The tattoo is a contract with yourself.
Lines and dots that connect to the voice of the soul,
to the longing for a deep and high connection. And everything happens”

“A few years ago I got a sacred geometry tattoo on my body. It’s a way of life.
The code language of nature, tree roots, arteries, lightning, snowflakes and beehives,
We are all one.
Thank you, Yasmin, for a magical and meaningful tattoo process.”
Daniel Maurer
“A pleasure of the process. Beyond the amulet you gave me, I received great inspiration for new worlds of abundance, thank you, my love!”

A huge thank you”

“A tattoo that was born from a process of tuning in and asking about what I want to create for myself right now in life. I went through a joint process with a tattoo artist who is a talented artist, an art therapist, and simply amazing.
It was a pleasure to meet you and go through this process. What you do is exactly what I was looking for, without knowing it existed.”

"What a wonderful gift you have given me!
I have gone through a crazy evolution in recent years,
and I feel like it all started with the process of creating the sacred art that we created on me...
Thank you for the magical journey!
I love it all!
And I love you too, dear soul"

"Thank you to the master who listened patiently, internalized with sensitivity, drew generously and determinedly.
She was precise and improved a sketch with a smile and patience for the perfectionist that I am...
And for tattooing with a sharpness combined with full of love and tenderness. I highly recommend it to anyone whose soul desires a deep process and not just the Zabang method and we finished in one day in the studio.
To your question: It really hurt a little and it was worth every moment :)"

"You have no idea how happy I am with the tattoo and the journey to it. A million trillion and if there is, then more...
Thank you, dear. The process, the shared thinking, and what is called "the whole package", empowers the tattoo as an inseparable part of me from now on and forever.
Amazing process"

Recommendations for the "Hero's Journey for
Children and Youth" training
Tools for self-leadership and natural giftedness
Yasmin worked at the "Urim" Special Education School in Haifa as an art therapist and facilitated individual and group sessions, in which she provided emotional and educational solutions to various challenges of the students and staff.
Her program "The Hero's Journey for Children and Youth" strengthened emotional communication, encouraged expression through creativity and imagination, and provided significant tools for beneficial educational work.
In the sessions, we learned to identify inner strengths, encourage responsibility and choice, and strengthen a sense of competence.
In my experience, Yasmin's work contributed to reducing tensions in the classroom, increasing appeals to learning, and developing students' creativity and abilities.
I highly recommend her.

Yasmin Bergner developed and taught the program at the "Khilah" Democratic School in Tel Aviv (2013 - 2014). During those years, I served as a school counselor and mentor at the school.
The vision of the program is to empower the school as a psycho-educational-creative system. To strengthen attentiveness, inclusion, flexibility and sensitivity to the needs of students, especially those who face significant difficulties.
The program combines interdisciplinary learning, which is explained in a fascinating and clear way, and has much to contribute to the training of educational teams, helping students and patients overcome their challenges, each with their own unique needs and abilities.
As a counselor and mentor, I believe in the ability of training to bring about change and multiply good, and I am happy to recommend it.

I met Yasmin Bergner at the "Kehila" Democratic School in Tel Aviv, for two years (2013 – 2014) when she developed and taught an original program she created: The Hero's Journey for children and youth.
This is an extraordinary and groundbreaking approach in its field, which provides creative solutions to the difficulties of the educational system, to communicate in an empowering way with students, to identify their real difficulties and to help them realize their potential in every possible way.
Yasmin shows in an inspiring way how important and critical it is for the educational team to be equipped with the language, knowledge and tools that connect education and treatment.
She has a unique ability to teach effective tools of creative education, which each team member can implement in their own way, and to positively influence the well-being of the student and lead them in the right direction.

My name is Esther Tamuz, a retired special education teacher and former lead teacher at the Hematology-Oncology Department at "Dana-Dwek" Children's Hospital (Ichilov).
Yasmin served as an art therapist in the department for approximately three years. During this time, she accompanied children and youth battling cancer, while providing guidance and support to their families throughout their coping processes.
Her work was characterized by profound sensitivity and an extraordinary ability to reach the emotional world of her patients, easing their distress. We collaborated on the creation of a therapeutic book for children with cancer based on "The Hero's Journey," which Yasmin also illustrated with vibrant, original artwork. To this day, the book remains a significant emotional tool in oncology departments across the country.
From this experience, Yasmin developed the "Hero's Journey for Children and Youth" program, which integrates therapy, education, and creativity through a holistic approach.
I recommend her with the utmost warmth as a dedicated and creative professional whose contribution is both deep and meaningful.
