Yasmine Bergner sees tattooing as a process that illuminates hidden emotions and transforms them into a visual expression on the body.
The tattoo is a daily reminder of the inner world - difficult to express in words.
The tattooed memory assists in emotional processing and supports awareness. The tattoo expresses a desire for lasting and eternal meaning.

In the last decade, Israeli youth have been expressing and defining themselves through tattoos.
In 2019, Yasmine Bergner was invited to lecture to Elem Association for youth at risk , on tattoos as a therapeutic channel to deal with life events, empowerment and post-traumatic growth, and thus to gain a unique window into the world of boys and girls at risk.
The connections that Yasmine creates between the fields of therapy, education and creativity are original and groundbreaking.

With Yasmine, you create a Talisman, & seed it with intention. After a tough journey I went through, I wanted to reopen the heart ,
to return to being "me" in, compassion and love.
Thank you Yasmine for an incredible journey
and a more than accurate Talisman!

Yasmina, thank you. The process with you was deep and meaningful and healing. Thank you for understanding all my requests and "quirks" 🙂 And thank you for being such a sister to my heart. In love with my tattoo amulet"

"The journey to the snake totem. A piece of journey for a tattoo that is an amulet. The snake totem with the spiral, represents the journey of life, shedding the unnecessary from me, the spiral cycle of life and the connection between sexuality and the heart.
Thank you Yasmine for a wonderful creation.
For the accuracy of my personal journey and for the love"
Ronnie Cohen
"Yasmin offers much more than a standard tattoo,
it's tattoo therapy.
unlike my first tattoo, which I got at a random tattoo parlor in Tel Aviv,
hardly a word exchanged with the tattoo artist.
The new tattoo was created through a meaningful process,
which aims to empower me and support me in my life.
and just for this process,
it was worth coming to Yasmine"

“The tattoo expresses the freedom of choice
and my inner voice.
The tattoo is a contract with yourself.
Lines and dots that connect to the voice of the soul,
to the longing for a deep and high connection. ”

“A few years ago I got a Sacred Geometry tattoo on my body. It’s a way of life.
The code language of nature, tree roots, arteries, lightnings, snowflakes and beehives,
We are all one.
Thank you for a magical and meaningful tattoo process.”

“A tattoo that was born of asking what I want to create in my life. I went through a joint process with a talented artist, an art therapist, and simply amazing.
It was a pleasure to meet you and go through this process. What you do is exactly what I was looking for, without knowing it existed.”

"What a wonderful gift you have given me!
I have gone through a crazy evolution in recent years,
and I feel like it all started with the process of creating the sacred art on me...
Thank you for the magical journey!
I love it all!
And I love you too, dear soul"

Thank you to the master artist who listened patiently, absorbed everything with sensitivity, and drew with generosity and determination.
She was precise, attentive, and refined the sketch with a smile and endless patience for the perfectionist that I am.
And the tattooing itself was done with sharpness and skill, yet also with so much love and tenderness.
I warmly recommend her to anyone whose soul is seeking a deep, meaningful process — not just the “quick method” of getting it done in one day at the studio.
And to answer your question: yes, it hurt a little — and it was worth every moment. 🙂

Wow, my dear Yasmine,
Thanks to you, I carry tattoo talismans with me through life — symbols that constantly give deep, focused meaning to my actions and to the way I want to guide my path.
Nitzan Mazursky
Thank you for the rare tattoo-talisman we created together and that you tattooed on me.
It was deep, meaningful, and moving.
I warmly recommend that anyone who feels called to it come to you for this unique and powerful process.
Efrat Ashkenazy
You have no idea how happy I am with the tattoo — and with the journey that led to it. A million, trillion times over, and even more if such a number exists…
Thank you, dear Yasmine. The process, the shared reflection, and what I can only call “the whole package” made the tattoo feel empowered and deeply meaningful — an inseparable part of me from now on, and forever.
An amazing process.

Dear Yasmine,
I had the privilege of seeing, knowing, and feeling what happens when two women create together.
The encounter was so precise — nourishing, heart-expanding, and deeply meaningful.
Thank you for your patience, faith, dedication, talent, beauty, and for the way you accompanied me, making everything feel possible.
It is a great privilege to know a sister like you.
Keep walking your wonderful path. Our world needs you.

Recommendations for the "Hero's Journey for
Children and Youth" training
Tools for self-leadership and natural giftedness
Yasmine worked at Urim Special Education School in Haifa as an art therapist, facilitating both individual and group sessions. In her work, she provided emotional and educational support for a range of challenges faced by students and staff.
Her program, *The Hero’s Journey for Children and Youth*, strengthened emotional communication, encouraged creative and imaginative expression, and offered meaningful tools for positive educational work.
Through the sessions, students learned to identify their inner strengths, develop responsibility and choice, and strengthen their sense of competence.
In my experience, Yasmine’s work helped reduce classroom tension, increase engagement in learning, and develop the students’ creativity and abilities.
I highly recommend her.

Yasmine Bergner developed and taught the program at the "Khilah" Democratic School in Tel Aviv (2013 - 2014). During those years, I served as a school counselor and mentor at the school.
The vision of the program is to empower the school as a psycho-educational-creative system. To strengthen attentiveness, inclusion, flexibility and sensitivity to the needs of students, especially those who face significant difficulties.
The program combines interdisciplinary learning, which is explained in a fascinating and clear way, and has much to contribute to the training of educational teams, helping students and patients overcome their challenges, each with their own unique needs and abilities.
As a counselor and mentor, I believe in the ability of training to bring about change and multiply good, and I am happy to recommend it.

I met Yasmine Bergner at the "Kehila" Democratic School in Tel Aviv, for two years (2013 – 2014) when she developed and taught an original program she created: The Hero's Journey for children and youth.
This is an extraordinary and groundbreaking approach in its field, which provides creative solutions to the difficulties of the educational system, to communicate in an empowering way with students, to identify their real difficulties and to help them realize their potential in every possible way.
Yasmin shows in an inspiring way how important and critical it is for the educational team to be equipped with the language, knowledge and tools that connect education and treatment.
She has a unique ability to teach effective tools of creative education, which each team member can implement in their own way, and to positively influence the well-being of the student and lead them in the right direction.

My name is Esther Tamuz. I am a retired special education lead teacher at the Hematology-Oncology Department at Dana-Dwek Children’s Hospital, Ichilov.
Yasmine worked as an art therapist in the department for approximately three years, supporting children and adolescents coping with cancer, as well as their families.
Her work was marked by deep sensitivity and a remarkable ability to reach the emotional world of her patients and ease their distress. We also collaborated on the creation of a therapeutic book for children with cancer, based on *The Hero’s Journey*, which Yasmine illustrated with vibrant, original artwork. To this day, the book remains a meaningful emotional resource in oncology departments across the country.
This experience later inspired Yasmine to develop *The Hero’s Journey for Children and Youth*, a program that integrates therapy, education, and creativity through a holistic approach.
I warmly recommend Yasmine as a dedicated, creative professional whose contribution is both deep and meaningful.
